Tips and tricks to prevent the "Blues"... blue balls that is!
So, most people know the old wives tale "take a cold shower". I've found this to not be as effective as the opposite. Warmth! Take a warm bath with some epsom or any other bath salts.
Stretch your legs apart. Let 'em just hang free. Sit at the edge of a char and let them hang freely. Make sure the chastity isn't weighing your nutsac down though. This can add more pressure that your tender balls don't need.
Take a good long nap. Make sre you dont lay on your stomach or your side. Sometimes only father time can cure the pain.
Remember, this is only temporary. It shouldn't last more than a half an hour if you take some preventative measures... although, the easiest way to fix it is to just beat it
